"A family that cultivates the land, preserves it and respects it ...
Here are the values that were transmitted to me. Thanks to my father, who decided to learn how to work in the vineyard and in wine, I also inherited the requirement for champagne.
From his experience in different vineyards, he drew an expertise essential to his installation in the early 80s. The investment of my parents and the desire to preserve this heritage pushed me to join the School of Viticulture.
So in 1999, I decided to join the farm with the desire to train with my father and gain solid experience.
In 2001, I had the opportunity to personally take over the vines and obtain replanting rights. Then in 2003, with a small holding of 2.5 ha, I decided to embark on the development of my own vintages. Creative champagnes that assume a style, a terroir...
And a man's passion: mine".
