2021  is above all balanced, racy and delicate, all in harmony it is just at the very beginning of its opening phase and has superb potential.

Made from a selection of old vines around fifty years old in the place called Homme Mort in Fourchaume, this vintage is vinified 60% in stainless steel vats and 40% in 600L & 1800L oak barrels.
