Compellingly Burgundian but replete with gorgeous funk and crunch. On the nose, wet slate, golden apple and nutmeg. The palate is rich, round, textural and full of flavors ranging from fleshy fruit, bruised golden apple skin and a little musky barnyard to round it all out. The finish is austere and lifted but goes on forever. Thoughtfully made, natural wine, demeter certified and a must have for orange lovers and Burgundy lovers alike.
