HOW DO I RETURN OR EXCHANGE AN ITEM?

CAN I CANCEL OR MODIFY MY ORDER?
Modifying or cancelling an order is possible so long as the merchandise has not yet entered the shipment phase.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?
Once your purchase has been completed, an e-mail confirmation will be sent to the address on file. This e-mail acts as an invoice and includes your order number.

An ABV customer service representative will contact within 24 hours with delivery information and instructions.
CAN I ORDER A MIXED CASE?
At this time, customers are not able to build their own mixed case. However, ABV group does promote a pre-selected mixed case which you can find on our website or newsletter.
DO YOU SELL OUTSIDE ONTARIO?
We are currently only licensed to sell and deliver wines in the province of Ontario.
