Like its famous older Belle Epoque cuvée, MV ROSÉ undergoes vinification in small barrels made from the finest oaks selected from the Argonne Forest. The Champagne reveals spicy aromas of the turn of the century. On the palate, there are chalky aromas of Aÿ, mixed with notes of red fruit, mandarin, and smoked meat, characteristic of this vinification. The saltiness makes this Champagne wonderfully gastronomic.
