Chablis 1er Cru Vaulorent 2022

Vaulorent is a somewhat separate place in the 1er cru Fourchaume, on a south-east facing hillside, a small plot of 0.40 ha which adjoins the Grands Crus Les Preuses. The 40-year-old vine produces very small grapes, harvested by hand and vinified in stoneware amphorae and demi-muids for 18 months.

This is a cuvée, distinguished and elegant, mineral and delicate, which can be enjoyed now and for the next 10 years.
