Coteaux Champenois Aÿ Rouge Grand Cru 2018 from Domaine Henri Giraud is a red wine from the Champagne region. This incredible cuvée is produced in very limited quantities with each bottle being individually numbered.

This wine is elaborated from very old small Pinots vines from Aÿ, the harvest being entirely vinified and raised on lees during 15 months. There is no use of herbicide, insecticide or fungicide.

This very rare 2018 vintage is very qualitative and is a brilliant, modern style representation of a still champagne wine. It makes the most of the contribution of wood without losing the freshness and distinction that characterises the region. Domaine Henri Giraud manages to create a characteristic and distinguished expression that drinks more like a fine Burgundy. Elegant, luxurious and rare. Just wonderful
