From the Troesmes place on the 1er cru Beauroy, the vines affected by court-noué produce small concentrated grapes, manual harvest with sorting of the grapes, fermentation with indigenous yeasts on fine lees and vinified in stoneware amphora (50%) and oak barrels (50%), bottled with very light filtration after 22 months of aging.
