The grapes were harvested by hand. Careful pressing in a pneumatic press. After pressing, the must ferments in temperature-controlled steel tanks and approx. 27% in French oak barrels. When the wine is fully fermented, it is left to mature on its lees for 17 months.
Fresh and fruity, very nuanced aroma with hints of yellow apples, smoky mineral, licorice, butter and lemon. Fresh taste with hints of yellow apples, high minerality, citrus and some butteriness.
