"It takes it's name from the geographical particularity of the plot, which is surrounded by vines in the Cote-Rotie appellation. Only this plot of around 1 hectare is in Cote-du-Rhone. Made from 100% Syrah grapes, it is aged for 10-12 months in oak barrels of different volumes. The enclave is ample with a lot of flexibility, which offers a very good overview of the power of this grape."-Jean Luc Jamet
