This climate is characterized by its exceptional geographical location. Located on a promontory overlooking the plain of the Saône, it offers a 360 degree view. The soils are made up of old stony deposits from the foothills. This cuvée is vinified with a cold pre-fermentation maceration and with a large proportion of whole bunches. The balance and keeping (10 years) can characterize this cuvée.
