Dominating to the east the medieval city of Saint-Émilion, just 500m away, the vineyard of Vieux Sarpe is sitting on a beautiful limestone plateau. Traditional winemaking in heat-regulated concrete tank. Temperature does not exceed 28°C ; heat regulation with metallic serpentine in each vat, aged 18 months in new Oak barrels.
Limpid Color, fruit forward with a supple attack developing with harmony. Smooth tannins with a rich finish.
70% Merlot, 30% Cabernet Franc.
