Dominating to the east the medieval city of Saint-Émilion, just 500m away, the vineyard of Vieux Sarpe is sitting on a beautiful limestone plateau. Traditional winemaking in heat-regulated concrete tank. Temperature does not exceed 28°C ; heat regulation with metallic serpentine in each vat. Aged in 18 months in new Oak Barrels.
The mouth is round with silky tannins that extend for a long time on toasted notes.
70% Merlot, 30% Cabernet Franc.
