Aging takes place in steel tanks and cement barrels to maintain the freshness of the grapes and create a well-balanced fruity wine along with the richer chardonnay character.
The wine has a golden yellow color and a fine chardonnay aroma of yellow apples, lemon and white flowers. The taste is elegant and well-balanced, with notes of sun-ripened yellow apples, grilled lemon and with a slight fattiness that makes you think of melted butter, but with a long fresh finish.
