Concentrated ruby color with wild Raspberry, Kirsch, and Pepper aromas. Rich red fruit aromas and well-ripe tannins balance the soft wine. The calm woodyness and acidity of Pinot Noir add to the charm of the wine. 100% Hand harvested grapes are brewed with 75% clusters and 25% Grapes. After a two week maceration period, it is aged in French oak barrels for two months. Of these, 30% is new oak barrels adding a subtle woody note to the wine.
