MV 17 Fut De Chene Ay Grand Cru Brut Champagne
- VarietalChardonnay, Pinot Noir,
An edgy, lively Champagne with bread dough, dried apples and apricots. Toffee with caramel with a lifted sense. Light oxidation with some nuts and saltiness. Full-bodied and very layered with so much going on. Creme brulee, pie crust and zingy acidity. Minty and lively. Strawberries and oranges coming through. This is 80% pinot noir and 20% chardonnay, all fermented in wood, 60% new. Drink now.

Estate committed from the first hour so that Champagne becomes again "The great wine of Champagne", each of our cuvées explores a new aestheticism and delivers a strong message that goes well beyond the simple repetition of ancestral gestures of the winegrower / craftsman. erasing behind Mother Nature; and totally the opposite of industrial simplification stripping these gestures of their substantial marrow in favor of mass production. Connected to dreams of perfection and freedom of innovation, we naturally create great wines that concentrate and transpose the energy of our Aÿ Grand Cru terroir.
Listening to the lessons of history without fear of revolutions, Pinots Noirs and Chardonnay are revealed only at the heart of noble materials: Argonne oak, terracotta or sandstone barrels. Without stainless steel and with the minimum of intervention and sulfur, our creative and natural vinification brings our wines as close as possible to the truth of the terroir and the grape varieties. The Spirit of our house is indefinable, carried by each of our cuvées.
